3. Orders, Availability & Refund Policy

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. In the rare event an item is unavailable or out of stock after purchase, you will be notified and issued a full refund for that item.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any other reason, including change of mind, unless required by law. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

Halo Supply specializes in both new and pre-owned vintage jewelry. We make every effort to accurately describe each item’s condition, materials, and brand authenticity.

  • Authenticity: Any signed or branded items are represented as authentic to the best of our knowledge.

  • Condition: Vintage and pre-owned items may display signs of age, patina, or minor wear consistent with their history. These characteristics are not considered defects and are part of the item’s unique appeal.

  • Photographs & Descriptions: Images are provided to reflect each item as accurately as possible; however, colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand the condition and nature of vintage and pre-owned items.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout, as required by law.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on location and method selected. Halo Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
