How long has Halo Supply been in business?

Halo Supply has been serving the Vancouver, Washington community for over 30 years. Our extensive experience allows us to provide exceptional quality and craftsmanship in all our jewelry pieces.

Can I return or exchange my jewelry?

No. All sales at Halo Supply are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review product descriptions, photos, and any sizing or condition details carefully before making your purchase. We encourage customers to purchase responsibly and reach out with any questions prior to placing an order to ensure complete satisfaction.

Do you offer custom jewelry services?

No, Halo Supply does not create or modify custom jewelry. Our focus is on sourcing and offering a curated selection of ready-to-wear pieces — including designer brands, vintage treasures, and unique unbranded finds — so you can discover styles you love without the wait of a custom order.

Are your items authentic?

Yes. All branded pieces are inspected and verified for authenticity before being offered for sale. We take pride in accurately representing every item we sell.

Are your vintage items new or pre-owned?

Our vintage inventory may include both new-old-stock (unused vintage) and pre-owned pieces. Condition details will always be noted in the product description.

How quickly do you ship orders?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Because much of our inventory consists of one-of-a-kind vintage or limited-stock pieces, restocks are rare. If you see something you love, we recommend purchasing before it’s gone.

Can I hold an item and pay later?

No, we do not offer item holds or layaway. All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

What if I have metal sensitivities or allergies?

We provide material details for each item when known, but vintage and unbranded pieces may not have complete composition information. If you have metal sensitivities, please reach out before purchasing so we can help you choose the best options.
